A Bible Fellowship Group is an immediate family in the midst of the wider church family.  It is a place for everyone in the family to belong.  The on-going Bible study of a BFG group provides and atmosphere where children and adults, those just exploring the faith and those living it out, can participate in the church family and find consistent growth through a weekly encounter with God in His Word.  BFG Groups are available for every age and life stage, making it easy to connect to a group of caring people with similar needs and interests for ongoing Bible study, mutual support, service and fellowship. While BFG groups can meet on-campus or off-campus on any day of the week, they primarily meet on Sunday mornings at 9AM and 10:30AM in conjunction with our Sunday Worship experiences. They run simultaneous with our Worship services, so that Bible study attenders may worship either before or after their small group session. What each group studies varies from group to group and from semester to semester. Yet each group seeks to share the Bible in such a way that any newcomer can easily join in on the discussion. Connect groups provide a space where the people of our church and community can enjoy face-to-face relationships, engage in Biblical conversations and share in fun activities together. Being part of a Connect group enables people to build strong bonds of fellowship and community outside the shoulder-to-shoulder environment of a church service and, in many instances, outside the formal environment of a classroom setting.  Connect groups give everyone the opportunity to share in Christ’s love and forgiveness and to encourage one another to take next steps toward faith and growth. Connect groups meet both on-campus and off-campus on various days and times throughout the workweek. Consult our listings for a group that fits your needs and schedule, by clicking here. At First Baptist Church of Palm Coast, Growth groups are the key to making progress in the Christian faith in an environment of study, relationship and accountability. Our targeted groups focus on developing a deeper understanding of scripture and how to apply it to life, building Bible skills and life skills and practicing spiritual disciplines. Growth groups meet both on-campus and off-campus on various days and times throughout the workweek. Each group study has a specific start and end period and the concepts tend to build from week to week, so participants are encouraged to register in advance as not to miss the bulk of the study content. FBCPC’s Support groups provide care, comfort and a Biblical perspective to those who are navigating life’s struggles. Members come alongside one another to provide encouragement, accountability, and assistance; helping to keep each other going in faith, and helping each person to maintain a healthy ability to function so as not to lose courage in the face of adversities. Support groups meet both on-campus and off-campus on various days and times throughout the workweek. Consult our listings for a group that fits your needs and schedule, by clicking here. Equip groups and classes are designed to prepare growing Christians and Christian leaders for ministry service. In these classes, people come together to gain specialized knowledge, to hone a particular ministry skill or to prepare for a specific ministry task, i.e. small group leadership, missions ministry, evangelism.  Equip or “E-Groups” are where present and future leaders receive training for the work of ministry. Equip groups can meet both on-campus and off-campus. These groups are generally open to anyone who desires to participate, although, some may be by invitation only. Please consult our listings for the details and for a group that suits your needs and schedule, by clicking here.
